Drain Rescue charges by the job and not by the hour. Each job our technicians' price is in accordance with an industry-wide price book. We believe that our customers should not pay for the time it takes to complete a job, but rather they should pay for the job itself. Is there a fee for your plumbers or drain technicians to show up at my home? We do not charge for our drain technicians to show up. All drain service calls are free of charge. With plumbing calls, however, there is a $65 service charge for the plumber to come to your home. However, if you decide to go ahead with the work the $65 service fee is waived.
We conduct plumbing inspections for Free if we are already at your home.
Yes, as long your landlord has an existing account with us. If he does not, then your landlord (or the owner of the home) must be on-site to pay our technician upon the completion of the job.
Our drain work is under warranty for 25 years. Waterline service is under warrant for 10 years. Plumbing work falls under the manufacturer's warranty (and the customer pays for the labor).
All parts fall under the warranty of the manufacture that provided them. We do not provide a warranty for customer-supplied parts.
Normally when people have a plumbing or drain problem the most important thing to do is shut off the water. Many people funny enough do not know where to find their main shut off valves, which are normally located where your hot water tank is. When water is in cold temperatures it expands. It;s simple, when your pipes are full of water and the water get exposed to cold tempurature the pipes expand. When the pipes expand this causes extreme pressure and causes the pipes to explode.
Using a chemical drain cleaner can help you clear your clogged up drain. Some chemicals may be harmful, so it is best to get a recommended cleaner from your local expert specific to your home. If you have a snake or plunger this also works well too to clear the blockage, but trying to remove whatever is in your drain may be difficult. If your toilet keeps running after you flush it, the flap in the bottom of the tank in probably not sealing shut. Open the top of your tank and you should see that the flap is not closing properly. The water is entering the tank, but it will keep flowing out of the unsealed flap. The ball trigger will stop activating because the water contiues to flow. Run hot water through your drains after you finish using them to remove odors. Once a week pour a cup of baking soda, 1 cup vinegar and hot water down the drain. Make sure you never flush down grease, hair, food matter so the drain never builds up odor.
